We are looking for an experienced Product Owner that can collaborate well with others while quickly delivering high quality product increments.

Our products span across many platforms, and you need to have relevant experience in all to be able to contribute to the team.

Dstny is the largest European-based cloud communications software provider offering Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) and Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) platforms to Service Providers throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa. With market shares exceeding 60%, this business has changed the communications market landscape in the Nordics by enabling the migration from on-premises PBX to mobile-first UCaaS working in partnerships with some of the world’s most forward - thinking Service Providers such as Telia, Tele2, and Hi3G.

The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.

What you’ll do:

• Enjoy working with SCRUM as a development process
• Be responsible for creating the solution as defined by the Product Manager and focus on the technology and the solution
• We are responsible for running services in the cloud which requires deep involvement with day to day operations
• Working with DevOps and architects to define requirements concerning security, monitoring, scaling and HA
• Make sure that the services are easy to manage and deploy to Kubernetes using our CI/CD pipeline and OAM tools
• Define and prioritize the product backlog (including bugs, enablers, and technical debt)
• Create and ensure user stories are in line with the objectives and prioritizations
• Responsible for all process and technical documentation deliverables; delivering a product from all aspects
• Define sprint goals, and be a part of sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Responsible to drive the sprint including all necessary updates to technical documentation, processes, internal handovers, etc.
• Accepts or rejects delivered product increments based on whether they meet the definition of done (GA acceptance criteria)
• Work tightly together with scrum masters, developers, QA, product designers, architects, and other product owners

• Have a communications background
• A university degree in computer science or similar with 3+ years of experience as a product owner
• Have experience in cloud solutions
• Have a good overview and keep yourself updated with the available tools that helps you succeed in your work (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
