Commercial Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Commercial Product Strategy
Take full ownership of the commercial side of the product. You’ll lead the development of innovative pricing models, packaging solutions, and go-to-market strategies that maximise revenue and ensure our products stand out in a highly competitive market.
• Lead Go-to-Market Execution
As the commercial lead for your product, you’ll ensure that every launch is planned and executed to perfection. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer teams to create campaigns and strategies that capture market share and meet customer needs.
• Maximise Revenue and Profitability
Commercial success is your main goal. You’ll create and continuously optimise pricing strategies that drive growth, monitor market performance, and make adjustments that improve profitability in real-time.
• Leverage Collective Market Intelligence
By harnessing the insights and expertise of our entire organization, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs. Our market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights will inform you to drive the commercial product strategies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry.
• Champion Innovation in Commercial Tactics
With limited technological differentiation in our traditional telecom portfolio, innovation will come from how we sell, package, and deliver value. You’ll challenge the status quo by introducing fresh ideas in pricing, bundling, and service offerings to keep our products relevant and competitive.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial product management, with a strong track record of driving revenue, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.
• Proven success in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing pricing models and packaging solutions in a competitive market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but experience matters most. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
