Our multi-functional teams are shaped to be able to deliver Cloud services in a Lean and Agile way, we have modern development practices. We are used to working in a DevOps environment. The teams are made up of a mix of senior and junior developers, where proposition and ideas can be freely and openly exchanged.

Whilst we work on a hybrid basis, we have office locations in Stockholm and Västerås.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring Dstny Analytics Environments and ecosystems, responding to OpsGenie alerts alongside the team.
  
• Providing high-quality 4th line customer support, addressing technical issues professionally and in a timely manner with the team.
  
• Investigating various problems within the Dstny infrastructure on Azure cloud or Dstny data centers, resolving them internally or collaborating with the development team or other solution-aligned teams.
  
• Patching security vulnerabilities based on monthly security reports.
  
• Maintaining backups (files and databases).
  
• Assisting with application rollouts and rollout automation.
  
• Automating tasks to improve efficiency.
  
• Creating and updating technical and operational documentation.
  
• Delivering training sessions to partners or customers on Dstny products.
  

Your skills:

• Strong communication skills and a fast, curious approach to learning new technologies.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
  
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking).
  
• Basic MSSQL database administration (e.g., querying, backups, indexes).
  
• Background in Windows/Linux server management.
  
• Ability to manage end-to-end solutions while analyzing technical details and troubleshooting potential issues.

You'll get extra credit for:

• Coding and scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or C
• Experience with continuous deployment & automation such as Kubernetes,Ansible or Terraform.
• Using Generative AI tools such ChatGPTor Claude for efficiency.
