Dstny is set to launch a brand-new Cloud UCaaS solution with an exciting Service Mediation Gateway, that will enable rapid development and deployment of new add-on applications.

We are experiencing tremendous growth in our installation base and are now searching for an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team and help us build our customer-focused services to new heights.

You have proven experience as an Operations Engineer in the Telecom industry where you have worked with Carrier grade PBX systems.

What are you going to do?

· Monitoring and troubleshooting the production environment to ensure high availability and performance.

· Continuously improving the deployment process and tools to increase efficiency and reduce errors

· Automating the deployment process and managing the release pipeline

· Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve issues that impact the delivery of software

· Deploying product updates, identifying production issues and develop methods for automation and monitoring.

· Participating in incident response and post-incident reviews to improve service reliability.

What do you need?

· 3 years of work experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role

· Good knowledge of SIP/RTP, PCAP

· Good knowledge of Linux

· Good knowledge in one or more: Jenkins, Bash, Teraform, Ansible, Gitlab pipelines,

· Problem-solving attitude

· Able to understand and write scripts to automate.

· Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Working knowledge of various tools and open-source technologies
